Prayer247 Schedule

Mathew 26:40  “…. And he said to Peter, “So, could you not watch with me one hour?” (ESV)

What is Prayer247? The Moravian Community of Herrnhut in Saxony, in 1727, commenced a round-the-clock “prayer watch” that continued nonstop for over a hundred years. By 1791, 65 years after commencement of that prayer vigil, the small Moravian community had sent 300 missionaries to the ends of the earth. Inspired by the story of the Moravian Community’s hundred years of round the clock “prayer watch”, Prayer247 is a united action of the church where each person Is encouraged to pray for one hour a week. The Prayer247 goal is to have someone praying around the clock throughout the year for revival in the church and around the world. Prayer247 participants are free to pray from a location of their choice. We will endeavor to unite in prayer in obedience to the same call which Jesus gave to Peter as we see in Mathew 26:40 (ESV) which says “…And he said to Peter, “So, could you not watch with me one hour?.”

Please use the form below to sign up and commit to pray during a specific hour. You can sign up for multiple hours if you like by filling out the form again. The Prayer Chapel is available Sundays 6pm to Mondays 6pm. Check Resources and FAQ at our website for more information.
