Walk and Talk

A community group for those who enjoy walking the Danvers Rail Trail. We will meet in the parking lot at 9:30 am and enjoy a brisk walk together for 1.5-2 hours.

The trail is a wide, graveled and well-maintained level trail that we will be sharing with bicycles, strollers, runners and pups.

For the purposes of our group we ask that small children and pets be left in someone’s care while we commune with nature and God together.

We will gather in the parking lot and plan to head on to the trail promptly at 9:30. Please be on time and prepared with proper supportive footwear.

You are encouraged to bring water and a snack; also sunscreen and bug spray if you choose. Dress in layers if you choose.

We plan to gather every other Saturday with CCC’s calendar a consideration. Weather conditions will be monitored as close to the event as possible.

SO let’s get this adventure started on Saturday 9/20 at 9:30 in Danvers, sharing the outdoors, moving our bodies, and enjoying God’s creation as we pray along the way.

Topsfield has a coffee shop we can stop at once we head in that direction. There are no bathroom facilities on the trail so plan accordingly.
